Aerobic Programs
We offer a wide variety of classes and times, however all classes and times are subject to change without prior notification. All classes must have at least 3 participants, otherwise the class will not be taught and other days and times will be offered.
   

Class Description

Boot Camp - A high intensity cardio work out that combines skills athletes use to train for various sports along with cardio drills. Upper/lower body toning as well.

Cardio Kickbox - Cardio workout that combines skills from boxing and martial arts along with aerobic skills. Also tonning and abs.

Step/Cardeo - A cardio workout using step and toning techniques and also includes abdominal work for a total body workout.

Basic Step - A slower paced class using step techniques. This is a great class for beginners to learn step at a great pace.

Floor Tone - A great cardio workout on the flor with ab andtoning work.

BLT- Butt, Legs, and Tummy. Firm lift and Tighten with exercises designed to define and lengthen muscles for a feminine toned physic.

Weight Sculpture - Tone Using weights to sculpture and define muscles. Bands, light free weights are used to firm and tone you. up!

Flexercise- Learn new breathing techniques and new muscle strengthening exercises, which will energize your entire body in a 45-minute class.

Young @ Heart- A basic step cardio class with toning designed for beginners and seniors. Great music, great fun!

Step & Tone- Burns fat and tones muscle. Using several muscle groups together with Cardio. A fast and effective way to shape up fast!

Power Abs- toning class, which includes weight training, resistance, bands, and a variety of toning techniques to tighten your abdominal regions.

Total Body Workout- This class is stretching, weights, good for balancing and strengthening muscles. Good core workout.
