The Main Purpose
Water aerobics is to improve cardiovascular conditioning, and because of the waters resistance; water exercise can also improve strength and flexibility, leading to better muscular endurance.

If you think that you are ready to take the plunge, join our Aquatic exercise classes. You can use the water as a wonderful fitness tool.

Programs & Scheduling

Young@Heart
45 minutes
Young@Heart is a water aerobic class that emphasizes on range of motion exercises, strengthening and toning. A great class for members with arthritis.

Power Hour -Advanced
1 hour
A high intensity water routine.

Aqua Aerobics -Basic
1 hour
Aqua Aerobics Basic is water aerobics and sculpting exercises for those wanting to tone and reshape the total body.

Hours of Operation
Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. Sat 8:30 a.m. -7:00 p.m.

Childcare Hours
Mon-Sat 8:45 a.m. - 12 Mon -Thur 5 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

 

Family Swim Time
Family Swim time is offered ever Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 p.m.- 5 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 12 - 5pm unless booked for a party (call in advance 770-459-0039)
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE OUT BY 5 p.m.
